When your return has been received in our warehouse, and after we have checked that everything is in order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If you paid for your purchase by credit card or PayPal, the company will refund the total amount (that is, the sum of the object/s returned, without delivery costs) directly to the credit card or PayPal account.
If you paid cash on delivery, you will be asked by e-mail to provide your data for a bank credit transfer: the name of the account holder and the respective IBAN code, to which the company can make a transfer of the amount paid for the object/s returned, without delivery costs.
The times for refunding amounts to credit cards vary depending on the bank, but generally it takes 1-2 working weeks for your refund to display on your credit card statement; in the case of refund by bank credit transfer, the amount should display on your bank statement within around 5 working days from when you receive the e-mail telling you that the refund has been made.
