  Marco Fantini Srl will also process the personal data of the user in order to enforce or defend in court a right, and to perform obligations under the law, regulations and EU legislation.

  The Data Controller processes the data as needed in compliance with national regulations on privacy,and with EU Regulation No. 679/2016.
